After only a month in I was seeing incredible progress, continuing with his guidance and expertise I was able to not only hit but surpass my goals massively.

Started training with Tino at the start of the year and I have been blown away with my progress in such a small period of time.

My compound movements have all increased and overall I feel in the best shape I’ve been in a very long time. One of my biggest worries has always been deadlifting due to a previous injury, and I have always tended to shy away from this exercise.

In 2 months I smashed the 100kg deadlift for 6 reps and I would have never had the confidence to even attempt this without Tino’s guidance.

Was a bit nervous when I first started with Tino, after the first few weeks that had gone completely. His knowledge and the way he approached the programming was second to none, I had been struggling to hit new pb's for a while and had plateaued heavily. Struggling with 150kg deadlifts and my overhead press was none exsistant compared to what it is now. Every lift across the board has nearly doubled, from deadlifts to curls and everything inbetween. Definitely would and have recommended Tino to anyone wanting to get to that next level with their training, either for spirt or just to look better and be more powerful at whatever you want to do. 10/10 over the moon with what has been a fantastic 8 months.

When I started with Tino I knew my way around a gym well and had a programme that was delivering results but just slowly, Tino helped me refine the exercises in the gym cutting out a lot of thr crap and focusing on what worked and what could be progressed. This paired with his advice and help on nutrition got me to both my leanest ever before a holiday and my strongest ever afterwards. Would highly recommend tino to anyone thinking of getting a coach or anyone who feels their training isn’t going anywhere or isn’t going anywhere fast, I’ve leaned a huge amount from him over the last 6 months and am in the best place training wise I have ever been.

"Training with guidance and support from Valentino has helped me get back to working out properly after nearly 2 years of being injured. I was unable to do any pressing movements and Valentino gave me rehabilitation exercises for my shoulder that sorted out my shoulder within weeks.I have went from 75KG Bodyweight with little muscle and definition to 84KG holding so much more muscle and so much stronger in the gym, and my training and nutrition plans were so easy to follow and had so many options.
I strongly believe if I didn’t have Valentino as a coach I’d still be 75KG and have no where close to the results I’ve gotten over the past 5 Months. I certainly would have still be unable to do exercises such as Bench Press but thankfully because of Valentinos teachings and program designed for my needs I can do everything I had avoided for years, and now lift more weight than I could before my injury.

He provided me with a meal plan specifically suited to my needs and goals.
