WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
TAILORED TRAINING PLAN
I will provide you with a complete training plan that is fully customised to your goals, ability, exercise preferences, time restraints and lifestyle. You will have input into the plan to make it as suitable to you as possible. The training plan will also be as flexible as possible so you don't work around the training, the training works around you.

All aspects of training can and will be covered from lifting, cardio, mobility, injury rehab/ pain management and anything else in-between. The training is delivered via a high end and simple to use software (Everfit) which is an app on your phone so you’ll have everything you need right in your pocket.
On the app you will have all your workouts across the week which will have every weight you need to do across all your exercises written out, so the thought is taken out for you and all you need to do is follow the clear instructions on the plan and the results will come.

The app also houses my exercise library so you will have easy access to in depth technique videos and demonstrations from myself. I also encourage everyone to send me as much training footage as possible because the more I see, the more I can help, and will also allow me to send you personalised video feedback
TAILORED NUTRITION PLAN
I will provide you with a meal plan that can be as general or specific as you need. I can give you a broad list of foods to pick and chose from, or I can plan out every single meal you have. There is no right or wrong it's just what is best for you. Everything we do will be underwritten by macro targets which I work out for you so as long you're making progress we are both happy with I will keep it as general as possible.
In terms of the foods I give you it will be non restrictive and to your tastes as much as possible, whilst also allowing flexibility and freedom to enjoy off plan meals and social events and still make progress.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Every week I will do a check in where I review your progress from the previous week and plan out the week ahead, setting you tasks and targets to complete. During these check ins is where I will write out all your weights for the next week which takes the guess work out it for you. On top of this we will aim to have a monthly phone call which allows me to get even more information on how you are progressing and feeling about the program.
ACCESS TO EDUCATION APP
You will have access to my Education Hub which contains guides on all things training related ranging from warm up drills, mobility protocols, further understanding different variables of training, managing your nutrition in real life situations, mindset, motivation and more.
I am really big on educating because that will make me the last coach you ever need. Wether you work with me for 3 months or 3 years its important to me whenever you leave you keep your training going and keep progressing in the long term, and one of the best ways to do that is to arm you with as much knowledge as possible.
ACCESS TO CLIENT GROUP CHAT
You will be added into my client WhatsApp group where although you are all working towards slightly different goals, it is extremely beneficial to be in a positive environment where you all trying to make the same positive changes. This also adds an extra layer on motivation, accountability and maybe even competition if you are so inclined.
SUPPORT FROM ME
The absolute main key to your success and most valuable thing you will have is the 1-1 support and 24/7 access you have to me. I am always on the other end of the phone to help with an issues or concerns you have, and you can contact me about anything and everything and I will never leave you waiting long for a reply. I encourage everyone to use and abuse me as much as possible because that's what I'm here for - to help you as much as possible.
